DANVILLE – Edith Bandy Webster, 74, of Danville, passed away Friday at Judson Care Center. She was born May 22, 1941, in Boyle County to the late Linnie Lee and Celia Mae Rogers Bandy.

Edith worked for Texas Instruments in Versailles for over 30 years. She loved to travel and spend time with her family and friends. She was a member of Hedgeville Baptist Church

Surviving is a brother Roger Bandy (Felsie) of Stanford; two sisters, Dolly Bandy and Sandra King (Jim), both of Danville; two nephews, Jeff KIng (Beverly) of Frankfort and Scott King (Tammy) of Junction City; step nephew, Clay Parsons (Georgia) of Lancaster; two step nieces, Kim Lester of Danville and Gayle Johnson of Danville; and a great-nephew Blake Bandy of Harrodsburg.

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by a nephew, Barry Bandy.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, at Preston Pruitt Spurlin Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff King officiating. Burial will be at Danville Memorial Gardens. 

Visitation will be Sunday, Jan. 31, 2016 from 6-9 p.m. and Monday, Feb. 1, 2016, from 1 p.m. until time of service.

Pallbearers are Roger Bandy, Scott King, Jeff King II, Luke King, Zach King and Blake Bandy.

Honorary pallbearers are Ginny King, Savannah King, and Caroline King.
