CLEMSON, S.C. (AP) -- Clemson's top NFL prospects in tight end Dwayne Allen and defensive end Andre Branch worked out for nearly four dozen pro personnel on Thursday, including New York Jets coach Rex Ryan.
Ryan was joined by Jets general manager Mike Tannenbaum among the 44 pro evaluators who came to Death Valley for the four-hour session watching 20 former Tigers go through several drills.
Neither Allen nor Branch ran the 40-yard dash. Branch was happy with his time of 4.70 seconds run at last month's NFL combine. Allen, the 6-foot-4, 255-pounder who did not run as well last month said he wasn't a track guy and preferred to let his college play do the talking.
Both Allen and Branch are projected as possible first-round picks in April's draft.
