LONDON (AP) -- Lazio and Tottenham endured frustrating nights in the Europa League on Thursday as the group rivals were both held to 1-1 draws.
Lazio remains top of Group J despite Toche striking in the 90th minute for Panathinaikos to cancel out Giorgos Seitaridis' first-half own goal.
Three people were hurt and four detained after several hundred fans were involved in clashes before the match in Athens.
In Slovenia, Gylfi Sigurdsson retrieved a third straight draw for winless Tottenham at Maribor.
Inter Milan was also facing frustration in Group H, but Rodrigo Palacio headed home in the 88th minute to secure at 1-0 victory over a stubborn Partizan Belgrade.
In Russia, Rubin Kazan, which shares the lead with Inter, relied on Alan Kasaev's first-half goal to beat Azerbaijani side Neftchi.
