PARIS (AP) -- Lorient beat Lille 2-0 on Friday to end a two-month run without a win in the French league.
Lorient had leaked 16 goals in losing three and drawing one of its past four matches since Sept. 16.
Center half Gregory Bourillon gave Lorient the lead in the 24th minute when he took advantage of poor marking to head in midfielder Yann Jouffre's free kick from the left.
Midfielder Benjamin Corgent made it 2-0 midway through the second half when he was set up by former Arsenal forward Jeremie Aliadiere.
Lorient moved up to 10th place, while Lille is in seventh spot ahead of this weekend's matches.
On Saturday, French leader Paris Saint-Germain hosts Rennes without star striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is suspended.
