A PLACE TO CELEBRATE/ENJOY

Frankfort doesn't have many places to celebrate a graduation, wedding reception or have a family reunion.
Can anyone suggest any locations that rent their building/establishment so that a family reunion or other event can be celebrated? If I had a choice, (I would select the FPB Clubhouse, but they are always filled up and it's difficult to establish a date with them.) A place where children can play and the adults enjoy their time in fellowship.
