I wish to know how so many vehicles "get by" with having their vehicle windows covered with snow when they are driving. I observed a car this week with 3/4 of the windshield and the entire rear window covered with snow with someone driving. The driver's manual (and the law), say this is VIEW OBSTRUCTION. When I was younger, I received a citation because I hadn't cleaned my
rear window from snow. I suppose they can get by with it now. There's no way in the world that they can see out through their rear view mirror. And, folks, that is against the law.
