Then up on the stage we are proud to introduce for the 1st time in Frankfort the "Woodford Jazz Quartet"; this fine group of young men from Woodford County, Kentucky are honing their skills and getting ready for the college band experience. We hope you are as impressed by them as we have been.
Our evenings feature entertainment will then take the stage; The Paul Childers Band. If you have not heard this outstanding ensemble from Danville, Ky you are in for a treat. Stevie Ray Vaughn, B.B. Backing Paul are seasoned professionals in drummer Anthony Key who has played for decades with Motown band's like the "Sensations" and Bassist Wayne Pollock who is an accomplished producer in the music industry. This band has a following all over the state of Kentucky and especially in the Bluegrass. A rare treat for the Capital city,...you won't want to miss!
