Did everyone get a bill from July 2011-Dec 2011 AND one from July 2010-Dec 2010?? How is it that the city can be almost 2 years behind on sending a bill, and we have to pay it, BUT if I were 2 years late paying one, I would have a HUGE bill? Anyone else considered about a $60 bill for two years? I thought this was still "in discussion" and was not approved. I think this is ridiculous to charge this kind of money. And the only punishment for not paying is not getting garbage bags?? Really?
