Go Frankfort Volunteer Day - May 19th

On May 19th, Go Frankfort will once again come together to make a difference in our community. We will begin the work day with registration and assignments beginning at 8:00AM on Washington Street in front of First United Methodist Church. The work will begin at 9:00AM at various locations around Frankfort and will last until 1:00PM. After the work is completed, we will gather back at Washington Street for lunch.

Volunteers are encouraged to register at www.GoFrankfort.org to be a part of the fun. Groups including church, social, school, community, business and families are encourage to participate as we are looking to have over 300 volunteers working on over 15 projects. Projects include efforts at: The Kings Center; Women's Shelter; Access/Soup Kitchen; Frankfort YMCA/ Thomas Carter Barnes IV T-Ball Fields; Greenhill Cemetery; Simon House; L.I.F.E. House; Humane Society; Commonwealth Gardens; Josephine Sculpture Park; Cove Spring Park and many more.
