As for parking on the Rolling Acres street close to CVS is illegal. Why? There are signs on the side stating "NO PARKING THIS SIDE OF STREET". Why can't the residents see this? I would like the city police to enforce this. Why have the signs if they're not enforcing it? It's certainly a dangerous and steep street with vehicles parking on the side. Our law enforcement, PLEASE enforce this ordinance before there's a fatal accident!
According to FRANKFORT CODE ENFORCEMENT, did you know it's also illegal to park your vehicle on your grass? Even if it's on your own property, you CANNOT park on the grass. They are seeking this type of violation and if they see this, they will issue you a citation and off to CODE ENFORCEMENT Meeting you go trying to keep from paying a fine. And if it continues, another fine. And if you don't pay your fine, a lien will be put on your house, plus court costs if you go to court. It becomes very expensive on your part.
