Two words tell the story of the frustrations students have felt with Dr. Sias and her administration, especially in the "Student Success" unit. Students have complained that since last year after Drs. Esters and Gibson arrived, they have not had a voice in decisions concerning them. They have stated that the decisions they traditionally made were usurped by the leadership. they also said that Dr. Sias also contributed to their problems by being unconcerned about the problems they have had with those leaders and with other areas of campus, including financial aid, housing, and security. This is a practice in actions speaking louder than words and how to peacefully demonstrate.
