Here a carcass; there a carcass

Published:

Dear Frankfort High Authorities: WOULD JUST love to see Frankfort inmates made to "work"; i.e., have them bussed out in and around the City/County to pick up unfortunate animals who have died and are just lying in the roads and streets to rot. Case in point: I'm very, very tired of getting emotional to see the "large" black and white bird that's been laid to rest-- from whatever untimely demise it met--in the CENTER median (island) on Thornhill Bypass at about the point of ramps for getting onto or off of Holmes Street/Owenten Roads. I don't know what it was, but with the black & white stripes on the wings--I sure hope it wasn't a bird close to extinction. Anybody else seen this or want to rant with me on this post?
