Two Frankfort residents are accused of swindling a number of eBay auction customers out of more than $18,000.
Dominic Co and Maria Co were each charged with mail fraud and wire fraud, according to a criminal complaint filed earlier this week in U.S. District Court in Lexington.
Court records did not define their relationship although both Maria and Dominic Co's financial affidavits filed Tuesday say they live with their parents at 113 Briar Patch Lane in Frankfort and neither is married.
Dominic Co's affidavit said he has been unemployed for the past six months although he was employed at the Kentucky State University Book Store within the past year.
Maria Co's affidavit said she is self-employed and that she buys and sells jewelry.
