Clarification
Friday’s State Journal reported that Jason Ware was jailed after he failed a drug screen. However Ware’s attorney, Ted Shouse, says that screen was preliminary, and test results from a lab revealed he was clean. Ware is charged with engaging in organized crime within a criminal syndicate that trafficked in prescription pills from Florida to Franklin County.
