SEVERAL KSU PROGRAMS REACCREDITED
Three programs in Kentucky State University’s College of Professional Studies have recently been reaccredited.
The National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration reaccredited the Master of Public Administration program through the 2017-2018 school year.
The Social Work baccalaureate program was reaccredited by the Council on Social Work Education’s Commission on Accreditation through June 2020.
And the Kentucky Board of Nursing reaccredited the associate nursing degree program for eight years.
“The accreditation process is an integral part of ensuring the quality of our programs,” KSU President Mary Sias said in a statement released Tuesday.
“We are extremely pleased that these three programs have been reaccredited.”
Sias also thanked the accrediting organizations for their votes of confidence in the educational programs at KSU.
