Income tax at center of talks about reforms

The Governor’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Tax Reform will tentatively recommend taxing select services, reducing itemized deductions, lowering tax breaks for retirement income and more as it cobbles together a proposal to revamp Kentucky’s tax code.
