CLARIFICATION
A headline on page A7 of Wednesday’s State Journal was misleading in reporting that the Franklin County Humane Society is doing away with its foster program. The humane society is changing its foster program by restricting it to dogs and cats with medical issues and major behavioral issues and those too young to be eligible for adoption.
