Frankfort Police

>Justin M. May, 20, was charged Saturday with receiving stolen property over $300, alcohol intoxication in a public place, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

>Kevin M. Dowdy, 28, 220 E. Main St. #11, was charged Friday with theft by deception.

>Vickey L. Smith, 36, 205 Rosewood Lane, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

>Christopher T. Beagle Jr., 18, 3588 St. John's Road, was charged Saturday with second-degree disorderly conduct, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of marijuana and having a controlled substance not in a proper container.

>Adrian M. Starks, 27, 178 Landings Drive, was charged Saturday with wanton endangerment, receiving stolen property over $300, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and possession of a controlled substance.

>Shannon M. Smith, 300 block of Virginia Avenue, told police Sunday someone stole $50 from her residence.

Clarification

The Timothy Hall cited in Friday's State Journal story "Men indicted for robbing home, impersonating police," is not the Timothy Edward Hall who lives at 149 Hillview Court. The address of the Timothy Hall featured in the story is unknown.
