Frankfort Police

>Tammy L. Cooper, 36, of Lawrenceburg, was charged Thursday with possession of drug paraphernalia, theft by deception under $300 and possession of a controlled substance.

>Jacob T. Eaves, 19, 604 Taylor Ave., was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

>William M. Thompson, 21, 119 Clearwater Lane, was charged Thursday with possession of a controlled substance.

>Nicholas A. Burchfield, 23, 321 Brighton Park Blvd. Apt. F2, was charged Thursday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

>Robert C. Graham, 33, 165 Hunters Trace, was charged Sunday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.

>Benjamin O. Robinson, 50, 208 E. Third St., was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and fourth-degree assault.

>Billy Dewayne Williams, 24, was charged Wednesday with possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct and Thursday with violating a protective order.

>Katie M. Allison, 29, 108 Hillway Lane, was charged June 5 with theft by unlawful taking under $300.

>Santo Reyes Padilla, 30, 225 Landings Drive #2, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

>Jeffrey Hensley, 39, 526 Parkside Drive, was charged Saturday with theft by unlawful taking under $300 and alcohol intoxication in a public place.

>Jeremy Adams, 33, 315 St. Clair St., was charged Sunday with possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle and giving an officer a false name.

>John W. Wiley, 40, 5 Tracy Court, was charged Thursday with flagrant non-support.

>Karen D. Hageman, of Lawrenceburg, told police Thursday someone stole cash from her wallet.

State Turnover

When Gov. Steve Beshear was sworn into office, the state's personnel roster listed 33,889 full-time employees on the payroll.

As of April 18, there were 33,467 on that list, according to records provided to The State Journal by the state personnel department. The State Journal will update weekly a list of those joining and leaving state government.
