Police are investigating a fatal auto accident that occurred Friday on Broadway near Ann Street. Edith Kuryloski, 74 of Frankfort, died Friday afternoon when her blue 1995 Toyota Camry struck a parked car, drove onto the sidewalk and hit a concrete wall, according to police. Kuryloski's vehicle was traveling eastbound on Broadway when it struck a parked red truck or SUV. Her car also struck a Ford Taurus near St. Clair and then continued traveling eastbound on the sidewalk, according to the accident report. The driver of the Ford Taurus, Wayne Cammack, 65 of Frankfort, was not injured. The Camry came to rest after striking two light posts and a concrete wall at approximately 4:50 p.m., according to police. The Franklin County Coroner and the Frankfort Police are investigating the cause of the collision and death. She died at Frankfort Regional Medical Center, according to Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
