Johnson-Schrader

Tabitha Geniece Johnson, daughter of Carlene and Bobby Johnson of Frankfort, and Logan Tyler Schrader, son of Lynn Nooner and Steve Schrader of Frankfort, were married Aug. 2, 2008, at the old Peaks Mill School on the playground. Pastor Dan Luttrell, of the Antioch Church, performed the ceremony.

Karen Hunnicutt of Fort Bragg, N.C. was matron of honor. Jeriann Winfrey of Lawrenceburg served as music coordinator, and Amy Schrader of Frankfort served as guest book attendant.

Timmy Sanford of Frankfort served as best man. Ushers were Bobby Johnson and Steve Schrader, both of Frankfort.

A reception, on the old Peaks Mill School grounds, followed the ceremony.
After a wedding trip to Daytona Beach, Fla., the Schraders are making their home in San Clemente, Calif., until military obligations are fulfilled. The Schraders will be making Frankfort their permanent home.

Mrs. Schrader is a graduate of Western Hills High School. She was employed by the Department of Transportation. She is a dancer and choreographer and will further her education in San Diego, Calif., at the dance studio "Culture Shock."

Mr. Schrader is a graduate of Franklin County High School and is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps.

Gatewood-Eastman

Artisha Marie Gatewood, daughter of Dale and Keila Gatewood of Frankfort, and Ryan Scott Eastman, son of Helge and Connie Andersen of Frankfort and the late Mark Eastman, were married June 14, 2008, 3:30 p.m., at North Fork Baptist Church in Switzer. Dr. C. Wade Bibb performed the ceremony.

Nuptial music was provided by pianist Junita Gross and soloist Michele Wise Ray.
Brooke Copley Gray of Shelbyville was matron of honor, and Melanie Murphy of Shelbyville was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Wylie of Frankfort and Nikki Crawford of Northern Kentucky. Jaden Anderson was the flower girl.

James Allen Eastman, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Chance Watkins, Trampus Penn and Casey Mahoney. Ushers were David Lacy and Will Andersen, step-brother of the groom.

An outside reception at North Fork Baptist Church followed the ceremony.

After a wedding trip to Jekyll Island, Ga., the Eastmans are making their home in Frankfort.

Krol-Ouimet

Denise Rene Krol, daughter of Dennis and Mary Ann Krol of Frankfort, and Christopher Andre Ouimet, son of Andre and Kathy Ouimet of Salem, Ore., were married June 7, 2008, 4:30 p.m., at Ledford Farms in Roaring Springs. Andre Ouimet, father of the groom, performed the ceremony.

Nuptial music was provided by Angela Mosley, pianist.

Mary Pfeufer, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Lisa Hodge of Frankfort, Heather McBee, sister of the groom, of Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska; Kelly Serans of Lake Charles, La., and Kelly Hooks, Angie Humphries and Carla Choate of Cadiz, all cousins of the bride.

Emerson Pfeufer, niece of the bride, was the flower girl. The junior bridesmaid was Kate Spencer of Versailles, cousin of the groom.

Dave Woke served as best man. Groomsmen were Amit Borak, Jared Dendy, Ryan McBee, Matthew Ouimet, Duncan Pfeufer and Sabbie Sandler.

Ushers were Brad Ledford, Jarrod Ledford, Jim Duncan and Mark Ledford, all cousins of the bride. Dylan Spencer of Versailles, cousin of the groom, was the junior groomsman.

A reception followed the ceremony on the farm, followed by dinner and music.
After a wedding trip to Beles, the Ouimets are making their home in Ferndale, Mich.

Mrs. Ouimet is a 2000 graduate of Franklin County High School, a 2004 graduate of Baldwin Wallace College in Cleveland, Ohio, and a 2006 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a master's degree in interdisciplinary early childhood education. She will be teaching in Ferndale.

Dr. Ouimet is a 2002 graduate of South Salem High School, a 2006 graduate of the University of Oregon, and a graduate of American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine. He is a resident at Provident Hospital in Southfield, Mich.

Fields-Driskell

Alexandria Katheryn Fields, daughter of Michael Fields and Mary Fields of Frankfort, and Robert Joseph Driskell, son of Joe and Leslie Driskell of Frankfort, were married May 17, 2008, at First Baptist Church. The Rev. Donald Townsend performed the ceremony.

Tiffany Michelle Thompson of Williamsburg, Va., sister of the bride, was matron of honor, and Amanda Dungan of Frankfort was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Laniesha Hayes and Angela H. Thomas of Raleigh, N.C., cousins of the bride, and Jennifer Oberlin of Frankfort, aunt of the groom.

Flower girls were Alexis Thomas of Raleigh, N.C., cousin of the bride, and Sophi Reynolds of Frankfort.

Nat Reynolds served as best man. Groomsmen were Adam Rogers, Jacob Wilson and Kelly Schrader, all of Frankfort, and Kioni Gallahue of Atlanta, Ga.

Ring bearers were Aaron-Michael Thompson of Williamsburg, Va., nephew of the bride, and Sean Michael Thomas of Raleigh, N.C., cousin of the bride.

The reader was Mildred E. Graham of Frankfort, aunt of the bride. Program attendants were Taylor Graham, cousin of the bride, and Jill Thomas, cousin of the groom, both of Frankfort.

A rehearsal dinner was hosted by the groom's parents and grandparents at the grandparents' home at Stonehedge Drive in Two Creeks.

After a wedding trip to Mexico, the Driskells are making their home in Frankfort.

Harp-Chism

Elizabeth Anne Harp, daughter of James Steven and Pamela Risk Harp, and Kyle Matthew Chism, son of Terry and Diane Chism, were married Dec. 5, 2007 on the beach at Henderson Beach State Park in Destin, Fla.

After a wedding cruise through the Mediterranean, the Chisms are making their home in Sellersburg, Ind.

Mrs. Harp Chism is a 1998 graduate of Franklin County High School and a graduate of the University of Louisville where she received a bachelor's degree in sociology in 2003.

Mr. Chism is a 1996 graduate of Franklin County High School. He graduated from the University of Louisville in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and a master's degree in 2001. While attending the University of Louisville, Mr. Chism joined the Kentucky Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He is currently employed with HNTB in Louisville.

Norton-Wainscott

Beth Norton, daughter of John Norton, Patsy Norton and the late Brenda White, and Timmy Wainscott, son of Ronnie and Carol Wainscott, were married Aug. 22, 2008, 5:30 p.m., at Crestwood Baptist Church. The Rev. Wallace Kent performed the ceremony.

Eggen-Mitchell

Steve and Marilyn Eggen announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Shannon Renee Eggen, to Michael Scott Mitchell II, son of Elizabeth and Michael Mitchell Sr.

Ms. Eggen is a graduate of Franklin County High School and is employed by The State Journal.

Mr. Mitchell is a graduate of Western Hills High School and is employed by the Transportation Cabinet.

The wedding will be Oct. 18, 4 p.m., at Choateville Christian Church.

Hembree-Fett

Larry and Susi Hembree, of Frankfort, announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Sara Elizabeth Hembree, to James Palmer Fett, son of James Michael Fett of Frankfort.

Ms. Hembree is a graduate of Franklin County High School and is attending Midway College, where she is majoring in business administration. She is employed by the Kentucky Department of Insurance.

Mr. Fett is a graduate of Franklin County High School and is employed by Louisville Forge & Gear in Georgetown.

The wedding will be Saturday, Nov. 8, 5:30 p.m., at Berry Hill Mansion.
An open wedding will be observed.

Liebman-Heiert

Jennie Elizabeth Liebman, daughter of Beth Tomlinson Liebman and Dan Liebman of Frankfort, and Lewis Carl Heiert III, son of Marilyn and Lewis Heiert II of Brooksville, were married May 11, 2008, on the beach at Myrtle Beach, S.C. The Rev. Joye Norris performed the ceremony.

The Heierts are making their home in Florence.

Mrs. Heiert is a cum laude graduate of the University of Kentucky, where she received a bachelor of arts degree in integrated strategic communication in May. She is employed by Fidelity Investments.

Mr. Heiert is a 2007 graduate of the University of Kentucky, where he received a bachelor of business administration in management. He is employed by Modern Office Methods.

Friedly-Ernst

Ms. Lisa E. Friedly of Frankfort and Mr. David W. Friedly of Mount Sterling announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Elizabeth Allen Friedly, to Christopher Ryan Ernst, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger A. Ernst of Frankfort.

Ms. Friedly is a graduate of Western Hills High School and a 2008 graduate of Georgetown College, where she received a bachelor of science degree in elementary education with a minor in music. She is currently student teaching at Maxwell Elementary in Lexington.

Mr. Ernst is a graduate of Western Hills High School and of the University of Kentucky, where he received a bachelor of science degree in chemistry. He is employed by Lexmark.

The wedding will be Saturday, Oct. 4, 2:30 p.m., at First United Methodist Church.

A closed wedding will be observed.
