Now that the disease, and staph, or MRSA, that this Scott county business has been allowed to promote have spread, you might want to re-consider permitting them to continue to ignore state laws!! NO amount of washing your hands will help when they are allowed to cover everything with infection from the trees, thousands of birds that soak the neighborhood with manure roosting in the trees daily, and neighborhood they refuse to maintain in safe living condition, and continue to ignore state laws and regulations requiring them to provide a safe enviroment for people to live!! Not to mention other laws they violate by refusing to transfer titles, and making illegal property tax transfer's with the help of the PVA's office and submitting this false information to the sheriff's office for collection, without filing the legal paperwork with the county clerk's office, as required by state law. Thus allowing them to keep exposing people to the toxic enviroment, and MRSA, for profit!!

Watch the video and judge for yourself, could this have been overlooked if inspections had been done properly? How much money does it take to not see this??? http://myspacetv.com...480 The video is only one minute long yet it shows years of neglect by our state officials.

This sunday morning there were several people, with some kids, standing around and playing in this ground covered in bird droppings, giving themselves a good dose of exposure to the disease carried by these birds, then the church bus came and picked them up and took them to church, a church that has thousands of members every sunday morning, which is a good thing, except when you count the thousands of people who also have NOW been now exposed to what they carried with them from this toxic enviroment into that church, for everyone to have contact with. Still think this doesn't effect you and your children? BTW, I couldn't get the video to upload to youtube, so I sent it to icaught and my space. Have a Nice Day!!

See the video of this yard posted on youtube, then ask the state officials and your local health department just how much money does it take to ignore a problem as serious as this. This picture doesn't show just how bad this problem actually is!! If this business had been inspected as they claim, the smell alone would have been enough for them to be shut down!! This video alone is proof that they have intentionally looked the other way, they would only look the other way if someone was bribing them to do so!! The yard you see in this video is the same yard they roll the stroller thru, then carry it up the steps you will see, then roll it inside the home, where it is rolled across the floor with the wheels covered in bird droppings, then they put the child down on that same floor. How much money does it take for the state officials to ignore something this bad, then still be able to look someone in the eye and claim they are doing their job?

I beleive so, along with several other diseases, some of the mites and other insects that are on these birds and around their droppings can also carry malaria, west nile virus, and many other cripling diseases, some of which when left untreated can cause death. That is why I notified our public health dept., as well as our state officials that are supposed to govern these situations, and many other people including the governor's office (see the partial list of contacts I made and contact them for yourself if anyone doesn't beleive me) about this problem, but they refuse to do anything. But if everyone lets them know that them refusing to do what they get paid to do is not acceptable, then maybe they will enforce the law, clean this up, and prosecute the people that are responsible for intentionally causing this for a higher profit margin, before someone else gets sick. The picture I took doesn't show the worst of it either. Ask Dan Chapman @ ky.gov, why they refuse to make the people responsible for this do something. In my opinion the people responsible should be arrested for intentionally endangering lives, including the lives of the children who are allowed to play in it and are living there. If they tell you they didn't see a problem, drive by 115 Laurie Lane in Georgetown and look at the ground, don't take my word for it, see it for yourself then ask them how they could not see this problem on any of the inspections they CLAIM they did. Driving by at 40 to 50 miles per hour and looking the other way is not how they are required to inspect, nor is it what our taxes pay them to do. Remember, if everyone does nothing, you will have no right to complain when someone you know gets sick from something like this.

Can't you get histoplasmosis (sp?) from bird poop? I believe you can!

I notified them, they said their department didn't handle matters as this.
