The Artist of the mule prints including "Stubborn As," was Don Ensor. I bought my Stubborn As Print at Cumberland Falls about 1973... I might add, I have it.

I resemble that remark.
My favorite prints were done by an artist - can't remember his name. He did a series of mules.Two were paired and one was named "Stubborn as a Mule" and the other was "Great Kate".
