I agree with Man O Steel. A river is supposed to lead somewhere. Right now we have a very narrow 17 mile pond below lock 4. I always enjoyed locking through and would love to be able to take a trip to Cincy by boat again.

3 is Monterey, 2 is Lockport, 1 is Carollton.
I wish they'd fix them all so the river could be utilized more than it is. I've talked to alot of people who use to use the river for trips back and forth to and from the Ohio and further. It's (the river) a very under utilized resource. And it needs to be maintained for the future.

I forget, where is Lock 3?
