Not covered by the ARB - out of the historic overlay. The gentleman doing this work is working with staff to correct neglect and poor workmanship over the past few years. It will be a wonderful project once completed.

I saw the auction sign. Who ended up buying it and what other plans in the works? Seems like quite a few buildings on Ann Street have been made over. Are they under the same restrictions from Arch. Review Board?

Hopefully the leaded glass transom that was over an Ann St. door was taken out and saved. It didn't strike me as very pretty. Maybe if cleaned it might look better.
