Haven't you guys ever thought about the fact that this person I am pretty sure has no where else to go? Yes its not pretty but I am sure that if you posted a photo of your house on here that I could find several disgusting things you should fix. Leave him alone.

If this mess was in your yard you can bet the city would be on your case to clean it up, must belong to somebody's pet thats why its been allowed to stay like it is.

it's all whitaker's crap...he owns half the block there on the ky rivers. I't looked like crap for 20 years now.

Lord have mercy! Get these people into a shelter or something, then tow this thing to the middle of the river and burn it.
