Kids crawled through a tunnel, ran into a sprinkler and buried ping-pong balls at the Salato Wildlife Education Center Saturday as part of an educational obstacle course. The obstacle course was part of the seventh annual Herpetology House and followed the life cycle of a pond turtle. The Frankfort 11-year-old All-Stars overcame a 3-0 deficit and defeated Fern Creek 8-6 Saturday night in the East Kentucky Cal Ripken State Baseball Tournament at Paul Weddle Field. Frankfort will play Scott County today at 3 p.m. in the consolation bracket.  Read Story.
