Funeral services for Lucinda Carolyn Lang, 63, Cliffside Drive, Frankfort, will be held 10 a.m. Monday at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Wapping St. Father Charles Savarimuthu will officiate. Internment will follow in Frankfort Cemetery at a later date. A native of Franklin County, she received an associate's degree in applied science and majored in computer science at Kentucky State University. She was a bookkeeper and accountant for the Frankfort Plant Board, member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Frankfort Geological Society and Historical Society. She was the daughter of the late Gerald and Madeleine Sprague Lang. Survivors include her husband, Brad Lenox, Frankfort; daughter, Mary Dee Hancock and son, John Bradley Lenox, both of Frankfort; grandchildren, Mallaurie, Bryan and Haley Lenox; Abbigayle and Morgan Hancock; brother, Ronnie Byron Lang, all of Frankfort.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2-6 p.m. at Lecompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to Franklin County Humane Society, 1041 Kentucky Ave., Frankfort, Ky. 40601 or to one's favorite charity.
