Services for Barbara Ann Calvert Maupin, 55, will be held Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. at LeCompte-Johnson-Taylor Funeral Home. Rev. David Rayborn will officiate. Burial will follow in Bagdad Cemetery.
Ms. Maupin died Friday at Homestead Nursing Center, New Castle, KY. A native of Frankfort, she was the daughter of Eugene Hartwell and Pearl O’Nan Calvert. She had been a maintenance worker for KY state government. She was a member of Eminence Baptist Church.
Survivors include her mother, Pearl Calvert, Frankfort; a daughter, Sue Ann Yeary, Eminence; a brother, Robert Calvert, Pleasureville; and a sister, Stephanie Calvert, Frankfort. She was preceded in death by her father, and two sisters, Donna and Greta Calvert.
Pallbearers will be Ronald Wise, Clifton Taylor, Charlotte Pyles, Tina Beasley, T.J. Beasley and Tim Calvert.
Visitation will be held Monday, 5:00-8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toward the funeral expenses.
