Services for Anna Louise Barlow Clark, 88 yrs., of Frankfort, will be conducted from Harrod Brothers Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 16, 2009 with Rev. Dan Luttrell officiating. Burial will follow at A.R. Dyche Memorial Cemetery, London, Ky. Visitation will be Sunday, November 15, 2009 from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. and Monday, November 16, 2009 from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
She passed away Friday, November 13, 2009 at Lexington Country Place, Lexington, following an illness.
A native of Bourbon County, she was born, September 13, 1921, and was a former Kentucky state government employee. Mrs. Clark was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, Bob (Deena) Clark and Norris (Jearlean) Clark, both of Lexington; her daughter-in-law, Lois Clark, London; seven grandchildren, Sharon Clark, Sandra Duvall, Sonya Barrett, Maj. William H. Clark, Ernest L. Clark, Phil Carpenter and Cheri Sibert, and eleven great grandchildren.
She was the widow of Henry Omer Clark and was the daughter of the late John Robert and Francis Buckler Barlow and was also preceded by her son, Ernest L. Clark Sr., her daughter, Mary Dell, her brother, Marvin Gene Barlow and her sister, Edna Earl Harney.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
