Ruby Mucci

Ruby Nell Mucci, of Frankfort, wife of Carl Mucci, died Monday in the Taylor Manor Nursing Home in Versailles.  

Born in Lancaster, Ky. on December 18, 1925 to the late Bailey and Sally Ann Sebastian Ray, Mrs. Mucci was a retired manager with the Capital Building and Loan. She was a member of the Scott Fork Christian Church in Lancaster.

Surviving besides her husband are four sisters, Marie Joyce Clark of Tennessee and Betty Lou Howard, Rosa May Ray and Daisy Brooks Gaffney, all of Lancaster; two brothers, Paul Elliott Ray and Bailey Roger Ray, both of Lancaster; and several nieces and nephews.  

She was preceded in death by brothers, Edward, Clyde, J. D., Earl, Holman and Gene Ray.

Services will be held at the graveside in the Lancaster Cemetery noon Thursday. Rogers Funeral Home is in charge. There will be no visitation.

In lieu of flowers, Mrs. Mucci’s family has suggested donations to the Hospice of the Bluegrass.
