Services for Alyssa Brooke Louden, 18 months of Frankfort will be held at the Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church, Duckers Road, off Hwy. 421, on Wednesday, October 15, 2008 at 2 p.m., with Rev. Paul Briscoe officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
She died Wednesday, October 8, 2008, at Duke University Hospital, Durham, NC, following an illness.
She is survived by her parents, Lee Louden, Eminence and Laura Smith, Frankfort; aunts, Melinda Louden, Louisville, Brittany Marshall, Eminence and Tara Smith, Smithfield; uncles, Ryan Chisholm, Pendelton and Kevin Caudle, Frankfort; paternal grandparents, Donald and Karen Louden, Eminence; and maternal grandparents, Bobby and Carol Caudle, Frankfort and David Smith, Smithfield.
Alyssa is preceded in death by her grandmother, Alice Louden.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Marshall, Ryan Chisholm, Kevin Caudle and Jason Dunn.
Honorary bearers will be Neil Smith, Derrick Troxell and Anthony Dowdell.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 14, 2008, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church.
