While walking behind the gym on Ewing St. the other morning I noticed that there was no dumpster, but yet there was a big pile of trash in a wooden enclosure. Can't the school system afford a dumpster? Must the sanitation personnel rake and shovel the trash up?
This makes no sense to me, unless not having a dumpster is the remedy to prevent some bored person setting the dumpster on fire.
