Laura Howard makes WKU president's list.

Laura Howard the 19 year old daughter of Lawrence Howard is a 2008 graduate of Western Hills High School. Laura has completed her second semester at Western Kentucky University with a 4.0 GPA, with an overall accumulative GPA of 3.9 making the president's list for the second time.

I have to be honest, if this story was about a Freshman from Frankfort knocking down 21 pts/game for the Tops, I'd be pretty excited, too.

Well, we all should. If this had been a story about a 19 year old boy from WHHS who had averaged 21 points a game in his first year at WKU, you probably would have been the first on here to offer accolades. You people have misplaced values...academics should be more important than sports...not to take away anything from sports either. Go Laura!
