You can always get the news on local tv channels - OH WAIT!!! You have to pay for cable - bummer.

Sometimes reporting the news is in part, a public service. This is the case in the prior mentioned article and the one on swine flu.

They have blocked the article about a man accused of rapeing local girls, when it is possible that there are more victims that might be encouraged to come forward IF they knew about the case their local paper is covering up!

I don't understand everyone complaining about not being able to view all the stories in the State Journal. Are YOU willing to work every day for free? This is a business - and it won't stay in business long if everyone has free access. If you like to read the paper, pay for it like everything else in life. Yes, the paper wants money out of your pockets - it's providing you a service. Get real people.
