Hanley Peavler body has been found about 2 miles pass lock 4 dam. I wonder why the State Journal hasn't reported this story yet.

For the same reason they have all the need to know serious stories locked. Like the swine flu cases in Franklin County. They suck! and they are terrible at what they do.
