I have asked 15yrs ago to the franklin county school principle to put up a guard rail in front of the highschool where the kids play. at the time i was told that that section up front of the school was going to get an overhaul for the busses and they didn't need one at the time. the overhaul has been done and the kids are still using the front lawn. my concern is with all the traffic and semi trucks using the main road it just takes one time for someone to lose control of a vehical and would be right into the kids.
i would like the kids to keep using the area but they do need a guard rail there. it may not ever happen but i would feel better if it would even save one child from a out of control car.

If you asked the head of the school, the "principal," instead of questioning the school's "principles," you might have gotten some action.
