Can anyone tell me anything about the fenced-in doggie park in East Frankfort? My wife and I just got a pup and since we don't have a fenced-in back yard yet (going to get one this summer), we wanted to let her run freely in the fenced-in area. Is it safe and is it fenced in accurately where she can't slip through the fence. Is it clean and free from feces from other dogs? Do other owners pick up their dogs' feces before they leave? Please tell me something about this area.

Trying, you've encouraged me to check the dog bark fence. Thanks! I will up this weekend and conduct a thorough check on it.

"I see Chucky is hijacking threads for his personal gain again. Yep, people have been attacked there, so have people on your street. Every single time there is an article about somebody being attacked or somebody posting about some sort of attack, he is there telling us we should pack."

I don't want you or the others like you to pack. You're too full of anger and projected hatred to be trusted with a firearm. I would much prefer that you remain as you are, so that if and when you are assaulted you'll be as defenseless as you want everyone else to be.
Still waiting for you and trying to come out from behind your screen names, but being cowards you won't, Jane.

I made contact with a good source from the Frankfort Parks and they stated that there is no holes in the fence where a puppy could escape. It was checked not long ago.

"I think it's fine. Most dogs get along. So do most humans. Hope I never run into Chucky there. Might end up dead, lol. Sure, when it gets dark or is dark you have to be more careful and aware there might be human 'thugs' around. If you feel safer packing, so be it. Although be careful around Chucky and his trigger finger, lol. (Hey, can't help it, the guy is too funny!) "

Why would anyone want to shoot you? You're beneath contempt in your anonymous slanders.
It's just a shame that what was a discussion about the park, then was a response to a concern about personal safety in the park, now has been taken over by you and your infantile insistence on your vendetta against me.
I won't respond to your sickness in this thread anymore since it accomplishes nothing and nothing will fix your disease.
And for those who care about facts, the park is closed at dark so you don't have to worry about going there after dark.
And people have been attacked there, no matter what this person has said to misinform you.

The dog has seldom been successful in pulling man up to its level of sagacity, but man has frequently dragged the dog down to his.
James Thurber

Sad that a article about the dog park turned ugly.
