Kaitlynn Carmack, 6, rolled her egg over the finish line at the Governor’s Mansion’s third annual Easter Egg Roll Saturday. The freezing temperatures that had the children bundling up were expected to continue this Easter morning, with highs rising only into the mid 40s this afternoon.
