Capt. Gregg Muravchick started a new program at local schools in Franklin County that will help get police officer and other law enforcement officials more involved with students. Each day, the officers will have the opportunity to have breakfast or lunch at a local high school, middle school or elementary school. The program began Wednesday at FCHS.
