Beulah Lee

STAMPING GROUND " Beulah Barber Lee, 94, widow of Charles Thomas (C.T.) Lee, died Friday in Georgetown.

She was born July 25, 1913 in Fayette County, Ky. to the late Miller and Ora Ann Riddle Barber Sr. She was a member of Stamping Ground Baptist Church, participated in missionary meetings, Sunday school, and was a retired employee of National Distilleries. She is survived by her sons; James "Tom" Lee of Georgetown, Clarence B. (Mamie) Lee of Georgetown, Carl "Pig" (Joanne) Lee of Stamping Ground, Wilburn "Bo" (Joyce) Lee of Georgetown, daughter; Lois (Jimmy) Smith of Frankfort; 15 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 33 great great grandchildren, and a special niece, Phyllis Lee Layne of Warner Robbins, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and daughter-in-law Patty Lee.

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Tucker, Yocum, & Wilson Funeral home with Rev. Stephen Bruce officiating. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery in Stamping Ground, Ky. with casket bearers being her grandsons and honorary bearers Dr. Gus Bynum and Morton Judy. Visitation will be 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass 1317 US HWY 62E Cynthiana, Ky. 41031.
