Mitsey Ann Barnett Garlen

LAWRENCEBURG – Mitsey Ann Barnett Garlen, 43, died Saturday, June 9, 2012 at UK Medical Center. She was born June 3, 1969 in Shelbyville, KY, daughter of Brenda and Henry Adams of Lawrenceburg and the late William Marshall Barnett. 

She was a 1987 graduate of Western Hills High School and former owner of Outskirts Restaurant in Lawrenceburg. 

Including her parents, Mitsey is survived by her husband Timothy Garlen, 3 children, Dustin, Josh, and Cody Conway, all of Frankfort, stepdaughter, Taylor Marie Garlen of Nicholasville, 3 grandchildren, Ricky, Trevor, and Shawn Conway, a brother, Kevin Barnett of Frankfort, 2 stepbrothers, Eric Adams of Lexington and Troy Adams of Dayton, OH, 2 half-brothers, William Robert Barnett and Dewayne Edward Barnett, both of Mt. Washington. 

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 12 at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Montgomery officiating.  Burial will follow in Best Cemetery in Anderson County. Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday.
