Louis Vinciguerra

Louis P. “Vince” Vinciguerra, 83, went to be with his Lord on June 14, 2012. Vince is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bonnie. He was the father of Louis P. (Sue) Vinciguerra, III, of Roseburg, Oregon, and Janet Kay (Jimmy) Wheeler, of Tampa, Florida; grandfather of Cami, Matthew, and Cody Wheeler, Lorrie Davis, Anna (Jim) Bean, and Jason Vinciguerra; great-grandfather to Kavin, Taya, and Jayce Davis, and Hailie Bean. 

Vince spent 20 years in the U.S. Navy and 22 years with Delta Air Lines, retiring in 1987. 

Although Vince spent his earlier years working and traveling throughout our country and to different parts of the world, accepting Christ as his Savior had the greatest and most profound effect on his life. Through his walk with our Lord, we know without doubt that he is now with Christ in his heavenly home.

Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Buck Run Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Embracing His Move at Buck Run Baptist Church or Hospice of the Bluegrass, Frankfort. 

Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road is in charge of arrangements.
