William Raisor

Memorial services for William Lee Raisor, 67, of Frankfort, will be held in the North Fork Baptist Church at 6 p.m. today. Mr. Raisor died Tuesday in the UK Medical Center.

Born in Defor on March 17, 1945 to the late Raymond and Ethel Faye Woods Raisor, he was a U.S. Army Vietnam veteran, a truck driver for Online Trucking, a member of VFW Post #4075 and a member of the Unkon Baptist Church in Defoe.

Survivors include four daughters, Lisa (Glenn) Mayewski, Angie (George) Burriss, Brittany Nichols and Dakota Nichols; two sons, Stephen Boyd (Jacklynn) Raisor and William Lee Raisor, Jr.; two sisters, Charlotte Raisor and Judy Raisor Mathis; a brother, Ray Goodwin; 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the church after 4 p.m. today.

Rogers Funeral Home is in charge.

Mr. Raisor’s family wishes expressions of sympathy to take the form of donations to help towards the funeral and cemetery expenses.
