Services for Jafari Zimbari Hart, 16, will be 1 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Clinton Street.
He died July 23.
Visitation begins at 11 a.m. Monday at the church.
Arrangements are under the direction of Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
