Ruth Smith

LAWRENCEBURG – Services for Ruth Agnes Young Smith, 94, will be 2 Sunday at Ritchie & Peach Funeral Home.

Visitation will be 5-8 p.m. Saturday.

She was the wife of the late James D. Smith.

She died Wednesday at Heritage Hall Nursing Home.

Mrs. Smith is survived by a son, James Thomas “Tommy” Smith (Lennie) of Versailles, a daughter, Cheri Smith Lynn (David) of Frankfort, four grandchildren, Diana Smith Koonce (Jeff) of Lawrenceburg, Steve Smith (Jennifer) of Prospect, Eric Lynn (Jenny) of Lexington, Jeff Lynn (Emily) of Hamilton, VA, a step grandson, Brent Green (Tracey) of Louisville, five great grandchildren, Lauren and Joseph Koonce, Jay and Katie Smith, Wyatt Lynn and a step great grandson, Mitchel Green, two nieces, four nephews, and a very dear friend, Hazel Smith.
