  • Mrs. Holt was a wonderful woman and teacher. I had a Bible literature class (imagine that!) in 1975 that she taught. She was very knowledgeable and a kind soul. My prayers to her family. Linda Owens Moore

  • Halcyone was a mentor to me because of her kind nature and strong faith. I will miss her greatly. Nancy Watkins

  • My heart is heavy to know that Halcyone is now gone and I will not see her here. However, I rejoice knowing that she is with Christ enjoying her rest and His presence. Both Halcyone and Alan were so instrumental as God's tools to bring change into my life. Halcyone was such a blessing to so many people including my children. It has been so long since I have seen her. She will be deary missed by so many people. I look forward to seeing her and Alan again at teh Great Feast.

  • Mrs.Holt was a wonderful lady,a good teacher and a fine Christian.I had her as my teacher at Elkhorn and at Franklin County in the late 60's. I loved to read and she let me work with younger children.I am Connie Hellard Bryant and I send my love and prayers to her family.

  • Seems like I had a teacher by that name at Franklin County H.S. back in the '70s. My condolences.
