Bobby Wilkerson

GEORGETOWN – Bobby Joe Wilkerson, 69, husband of Janet Wilkerson, died Wednesday, September 19, 2012. He was born in Danville, KY on July 6, 1943 to Frank Wilkerson and the late Jean Wilson Wilkerson. He was a United States Army Veteran and retired businessman. Other survivors include his daughters, Kate Milde, Connecticut and Caroline Wilkerson, Hawaii; sisters, Judy Bowman, South Carolina and Mary Ann Bradley, Shelbyville; brother, Gary Wilkerson, Frankfort; and two grandchildren, Constance Wilkerson and Frank Milde.

Visitation will be Saturday at 2:00 p.m. and the funeral service will follow at 3:00 p.m., September 22, 2012 at Clark Legacy Center, Versailles Road. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers will Caroline Wilkerson, Kate Milde, Lane Milde, Gary Wilkerson, Jim Hendrian and Jerry Wittenhauer. Contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
