Lottie Harney

Services for Lottie Mae Tillet Harney, 76, Frankfort, will be held Thursday, September 27, 1 p.m. at Westview Baptist Church, 1443 Louisville Road. Rev. Gary Hager will officiate. Burial will follow at Frankfort Cemetery.

A Frankfort native, she retired as a cook for many years from McDonalds. She was the daughter of the late Frankfort and Gladys Mae McHatton Tillett. Mrs. Harney was preceded in death by husband William Earl Harney and son William Edward Harney.

Mrs. Harney is survived by four daughters, Charlotte Ann Morrow-Tharp (Carl), Gladys Ann McKinney (Troy), Marvatta Louise Hughes (Wayne), all of Frankfort, and Patricia Ann Kelley (Tim) of Cecilia, Ky.; two sons, Earl Lee Tillett (Brenda) and Richard Henry Kirk (Marie), both of Frankfort; sisters, Elizabeth Ann Spaulding (Kenneth) and Frankie Lee Penn, both of Frankfort; brothers, Cecil Tillett, of Bardstown, Billy Ray Tillett (Betty), of Lexington, and Tommy Tillett (Shirley), of Frankfort; 17 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Clarence Hughes, Brenden Tillett, Tony Bullock, Fred Horton, Eric Horton, and Johnny Wren. Honorary bearers are Wayne Hughes, Tim Kelley, and Troy McKinney.

Visitation will be held Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Westview Baptist Church. Donations to Westview Baptist Church. Guestbook at ljtfuneralhome.com.

  • Gladys, I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. If I had known it I would of said something to you Monday when I say you I feel so bad just know that I would of given you a big hug and when I see you you have one comming.
