Jerry Hawkins

Graveside services for Jerry Thomas Hawkins, 46, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery.

He died Tuesday at Frankfort Regional Medical Center.

Visitation is noon to 2 p.m. Friday at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home.
